Custom made, zero clearance insert / throat plate for a Dewalt 12” SLIDING miter saw (models DWS779 and DWS780). This improves the safety of your saw, allows you to cut thin strips, and helps with reducing tearout. Because these are custom made, no two inserts will look exactly alike. These will ship without the blade cutout so that you can customize it to your blade's kerf. These ship without a finish and are ready for your own finish / paste wax. Material: wood.

Note: this design is optimized for the DWS779 Type 22 (newest variant of the DWS779). It will fit the older Type 20 or the DWS780, but the screw holes MAY need to be slightly drilled out more. Please contact the seller if you have any issues.
