Product features:

1. The steering gear signal tester module is controlled by a single chip microcomputer. There are two control modes, which can be switched by pressing the key.

2. Steering gear drive mode and steering gear signal capture mode

3. The steering gear drive mode can output PWM square wave with high level of 0.5ms~2.5ms and fixed cycle of 50Hz, which can be used to drive the steering gear.

4. The signal capture mode can be used to test the output signal of other steering gear drive plates, and display the high-level time of 50~999 in 10us.

Function parameters:

Power supply input voltage: 5V~12V

Mode: steering gear drive mode, steering gear signal capture mode

Drive mode can output high level: 0.5ms~2.5ms

Drive mode: the drive mode is defaulted when the power is turned on, and the knob is adjusted to change the high level time of the output signal.

instructions:

On the far left side, use jumper cap to switch the driving voltage of steering gear, which is 5V when switched to the lower side; The input power supply voltage is switched to the upper part. It is recommended not to exceed 6.5V, and the maximum withstand voltage is 12V.

The middle part is the steering gear drive end, the top part is the signal, the middle part is the power supply (the voltage is the voltage selected by the left jumper cap), and the bottom part is the ground.

The right side is the signal input end of the steering gear, the top is the input signal, the middle empty leg, and the bottom is the ground.

The right most green terminal is connected to the power supply, with the range of 5~12V.

When the power is turned on, the drive mode is considered by default. When the potentiometer is turned on, the number of nixie tube will change. The displayed number is the high level time in 10us. For example, 85 represents high level 850us, the adjustment range is 500us~2500us, and the accuracy is 2%.

Press the key to set the capture mode. If there is no signal access, 000 will be displayed. You can view the high-level time of the access signal in 10us.
