The outer plastic casing has some scratches.  You will receive the exact one pictured.

*PLEASE NOTE* - This device has been in the box since being packaged.  There is a chance that the battery has gone bad from sitting and not being charged for so long.  It may need a new battery.  Signs of this problem are continually rebooting while attempting to power on for the first time.
