Tribute to the 160th anniversary of the Minerva Manufacture, the Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Limited Edition 1858 pays homage to the heroes of mountaineering with an innovative professional timepiece. Made for those who travel the world always in search of new explorations, the timepiece expresses great respect for true mountaineers, as it is dedicated to the Seven Summits Challenge, the “Holy Grail” of climbers. On the dial of the Geosphere, a collection dedicated to the 7 highest peaks on earth conquered by man and indicated by the red dots on the two globes, two convex hemispheres rotate, at 12 o'clock the northern hemisphere and at 6 the southern one, both have a circle with 24 time zones, different colors are used for night and day times. The timepiece boasts a new in-house universal time complication, developed by Montblanc watchmakers in Villeret: two domed globes that rotate in opposite directions completing a complete evolution in 24 hours
