·        We provide pictures of the actual item for you to review prior to bidding/buying.  

·        We ask that you VIEW all photographs and READ the descriptions.

CONDITION RANKINGS FOR PRE-OWNED ITEMS:

ü  EXCELLENT – Item is in Like New Condition - Article has Zero Flaws

ü  VERY GOOD – Item has a lot of life left in it, likely also has Zero flaws, but you can clearly tell it is NOT new.

ü  GOOD - Item with lots of life left, may be a little worn, may or may not have minor flaws (any noticed flaw will be described and photographed as mentioned previously)

ü  FAIR - Item that has seen better days but still has life left in it and is worth offering at a LOW price for someone to enjoy.

ü  POOR - Item that likely needs some repairs and/or the article of clothing is stained.  These items are typically listed for a specific purpose (example:  old blankets for animal bedding) or (Example: old jeans to make patches or quilts or whatever else out of).

 

OVERSTOCK and/or RETURN INVENTORY

A variety of our listed products will also consist of overstock and/or return inventory items. We receive these items from various vendors throughout the year. (ex. Amazon, Target, Kohls, etc.)

·        OVERSTOCK: These items are typically available individually and/or in multiples and are also typically BRAND-NEW Unopened Inventory Items. 

·        RETURNS: These items require an inspection, an inventory of parts/pieces and product testing (if & when possible) as we normally have no idea why the item was returned to the original retailor.

·        If an issue with any item is found to exist, it will be notated within the listing description and photos will be provided.  

·        Most of these items will be BRAND NEW in Package or With Tags, some may be missing the tags, some may be missing the package, and some may have damage to the outer packaging.  Notations will be made in all cases where those circumstances are found to be relevant.

·        Overstock/Returned Electronic Items:  Unless it specifically states that it was TESTED & WORKS, we are going to assume the item is in working condition.  However, please keep in mind this means we were unable to confirm whether it did or did not work as we most likely had no way to test it.  If it does not work upon receipt and testing, we will honor the refund but will request the item be returned at the buyer’s expense.

PHOTOGRAPH / VIDEO POLICY

·        Photos are of actual items; color may be slightly off, but photos are taken under the best possible conditions.  If you need an additional photo, please simply ask for it.

·        Overstock items may include stock photos; however, we will always include an actual photo of the item we have on hand.

·        Videos may be included to show that a product was tested and in working condition and/or how a product performs/works.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

·        We offer NEXT BUSINESS DAY handling on all paid orders except on observed Holidays.  

·        All items are typically shipped USPS and the Buyer is typically provided various options to choose from. 

·        When cost effective to do so, we will also offer UPS services.

·        All International shipping is done through the USPS Global Shipping Program

·        BROKEN items can be dealt with at your local Post Office IF you chose to insure your package (or chose a shipping option that included Insurance)

·        LOST packages are to be dealt with through the USPS, every package will come with a tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY

PRE-OWNED ITEMS:

·        We DO NOT accept returns on our pre-owned / used items.

·        We DO accept returns if any item received WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED within the ad / listing.

·        We DO accept returns if a return option was advertised within that specific listing.

·        We DO require a return item to be shipped back to Seller from Buyer at the Buyer’s Expense.

·        We DO expect the returned item to be shipped back in the same condition, it was shipped out. (If broken, Insurance claims will be utilized, NOT RETURNS!  Be sure you keep original packaging and send pictures of it).

 

OVERSTOCK/RETURN ITEMS:

·        We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all Brand-New Items (except shoes & clothing).  This may be done in the form of replacement of the item or a refund.  The item will need sent back to the Seller at the Buyer’s Expense.

·        We may specifically state that a RETURN is not available on specific listings due to the type of listing (example: swimwear).
