SHIPPING

At Max Warehouse we make shipping easy and understandable. We gladly ship to 48 states in the USA. Our Standard shipping and delivery process is between 7-10 business days according to the following criteria:

· Our handling process normally takes 1-2 business days and the tracking information will be uploaded once the process is completed.

· Actual shipping times vary by carrier between 1-5 business days after handling time.

· Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS or USPS.

· We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

· If you select Expedited shipping (normally 3-5 business days total), rates apply based on items shipped and total weight.

Returns and Refunds

In an effort to make the process of returning an item or obtaining a refund as simple as possible, we kindly request that you reach out to our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your product.

Also, in the event of receiving a damaged product please provide our Customer Service Team with pictures of how you received the package in order to provide the feedback to our warehouse, this will help us improve our processes and practices to provide you and our other customers a better experience.

  When returning items, please repackage the product exactly as it was delivered, to ensure the item will arrive in sellable conditions to our distribution center.  Voluntary returns may incur a cost to you depending on the size and type of product. All return packages must include the original packing slip, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

  We kindly suggest that you request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process return items and perform the refund to your payment method.

Cancelations

CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. Because of that, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

  Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned.

  If an incorrect address was input during the checkout, once the order is shipped and you receive the tracking information please contact our Customer Service Team.  We will gladly request a change of address with the carrier.
