We ensure that any item we sell undergoes a thorough inspection which includes authenticity, accuracy, functionality and quality checks. We refurbish all of our products when needed. All watches are checked against the Watch Register to ensure a clean history. Our watches are accompanied with a 12 month mechanical warranty for your peace of mind. Viewings of any of our products are welcomed in person.

UK Delivery

At W1 Watches we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition, therefore all deliveries will be made using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service

• All deliveries are insured and the progress of each delivery may be traced via a barcode tracking number which will be emailed to you.

International Delivery

We provide free international delivery. Although we dispatch your item(s) next day using DHL, in some cases there may be delays due to local customs, which are out of our control.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Most countries will charge custom duties and taxes on items being imported from the UK. The Buyer pays all import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are your responsibility. Packages must clear customs and this may take a few days. Import duties, taxes, and fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

At W1 Watches, your satisfaction is paramount, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your watch or jewellery to us, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This is subject to the products being returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sold. If you have purchased a new watch from us, all protective seals must be intact and the watch condition must be totally unworn and unmarked in order for us to accept the return. You will be liable for all postage and packaging and the product must be tracked and insured during transit. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft whilst the product is in your possession or being returned to W1 Watches.
