I post items within three business days of payment and all items are tracked through Australia Post. As Im in Western Australia delivery can take a little longer than on the east coast, so if you require express or signatured postage, please just ask before you make payment.
 
Condition

I'll always do my absolute best to make sure that all my items are in good condition, but they may show some signs of wear due to being pre-loved. If there are any flaws, such as small holes, sticky zips or discolouration etc, I'll be sure to make a note if theres something to disclose. 

If I have missed anything, please dont hesitate to let me know before leaving feedback so that I may try to resolve any issues for you. I wash and/or steam all my clothing, and they are stored in a smoke free home.

Measurements

All measurements are taken with items laid flat.

Clothing measurements are; Waist measured straight across at approximate waist point. Bust measured underarm to underarm. Length is from highest point on neckline or from top of shoulder strap, whichever higher, unless otherwise noted. Sleeve length is measured from shoulder seam unless otherwise stated. Inseam is from centre crotch seam, following inside hem down. Rise is measured front centre waist to crotch seam.

Sizes listed are as per garment label and frustratingly these do vary from each designer, brand and collection. Vintage items are also labelled differently to current sizes. Please do be sure to check measurements suit for you personally.

Returns

While I'll do my best to ensure they aren't required, sometimes it's unavoidable. I'll happily accept returns and refund your full payment, postage included, for damaged items where I'm at fault. 

If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit, I'd also be happy to accept a return and refund your payment, but for the item amount only. Unfortunately, I'm unable to refund the initial postage amount and the return postage will be your responsibility also. So, my recommendation is to check your measurements :) 

Packaging

I love to use compostable packaging wherever possible, to ensure your clothing is delivered beautifully and safely, but all with the upmost thought about our impact on the environment. Currently I use biodegradable Hero satchels, tissue paper, Kraft paper, cotton twine and washi tape (all able to be put in your regular compost). My delicate items are packed with biodegradable foam and/or recycled wrapping. The Australia Post satchels can be recycled with your soft plastics.
