If you are not happy with your purchase or changed your mind, you may request to return your order to us within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should send the items back to us with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. To initiate a return, just contact to us through eBay return process and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

If you would like to return the new, unopened, and uninstalled part:
1-From within My eBay, click Purchase History.
2-Find the item you ordered from BOLD4WD
3-Below the Leave Feedback button, click More Actions > Return This Item.
4-Select a reason. The most common reason is "Doesn't Fit".
5-Add details like I tried to install this part but it didn't fit, and upload images to describe the situation.
6-Click "Request a Return".
Once you send the request, we will provide the return shipping address and RMA number. You will need to return the item in the assigned time frame to the given return address including your RMA number. Please update the return case with the tracking number once you shipped the item back to us, so we can follow the package and take further action on the case. Please follow the return case through eBay. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
