Lavender Floral Heart 1900s Porcelain Heart Hand Painted Large Forget Me Nots Victorian Brooch w/ Adapter Necklace Set in Brass Prongs C Clasp OOAK. All I did here was add a Large hand painted Heart Floral brooch in original condition with 1860 C clasp & over extended pin to add an adapter to make it a pendant & an unmarked shiny gold plated 18" chain (see final pic).  Large heart measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".  
I am very Pleased to be able to offer such a rare lovely Antique!
