Pursuant to art. 5 of the Decree, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter. b of the Decree) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered volumes as long as they are in the same state in which he received them. This refund can be made without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The above communication can be anticipated by telephone at +39/331 471 43 86. All returns must be authorized by Worldclima. Once this authorization has been received, the Customer will be able to return the product to the address we will indicate. The return of the goods must take place within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the communication containing the return authorization. Once the products have been received and their integrity has been verified, if the volumes are not damaged and, in the case of sealed material, they have not been opened, Worldclima will take action as soon as possible and in any case in compliance with the terms and methods set out in the purpose of the art. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the products purchased consist of sealed material, which has been opened by the Customer himself or if the products are damaged.
