HIGH POWER® BlueAM4-1700 CPU Cooler operates in low noise that the blue LED light illumination not only is needed to show you the fan is operating, but provides your system an invigorating glow inside.

Set your BIOS to silent mode will enable the fan to start spinning at around 500 RPM when it would be amazingly quiet.   Noise level remains to be acceptably low during normal system operation.
