Grangers Down Care Kit is a set for washing and waterproofing down-filled clothing and sleeping bags.  Wash+Repel washing liquid perfectly removes dirt and unpleasant odors, and also impregnates.

The liquid washes both the down filling and the outer material, without damaging the delicate down. Your favorite down jacket or sleeping bag will regain its original properties and fresh look after washing. Clothing and equipment with down filling regain their elasticity, breathability and thermal insulation.  The agent effectively removes dirt at a temperature of 30˚C. Washing with appropriate detergents protects the down and does not strip it of natural fat.

The set includes 3 balls that can be tumble dried. The balls can also be added to the last washing cycle, which is gentle spinning (if the manufacturer allows it). The balls shake the wet down so that it doesn't stick together. This procedure also speeds up the drying time of the jacket and ensures that the down is evenly distributed in the chambers. The correct arrangement of down affects the properties of the jacket.
