Available for purchase is a collection of 13 different miniature "Pocketools" made by Louis Marx & Co. in New York City during the early 1960s.  Pocketools were "carefully engineered, accurate miniatures of the basic hand tools of our complex machine age".  They were reportedly "meant for instruction and interest and to help keep alive the American tradition of being able to work with one's hands".  This set includes the following tools:

Hand Saw
Try Square (Combination Square)
Ball Peen Hammer
Bit Brace (missing bit)
Open End Wrenches
Try Square
Hand Drill
Bench Vise
Tool Maker's Clamp
Calipers
Hack Saw (missing blade)
Micrometer

    Each comes in its original package. I purchased this collection at a recent estate sale, along with some additional Pocketools that I'm selling separately (please see my other listings).

Condition of these Marx Pocketools is generally VERY GOOD.  They are unused in their original packaging.  As I mentioned in the detailed list, the bit brace is missing the bit and the hack saw is missing the blade.  The original packaging shows significant wear.  Some have staples, damaged plastic, tears, or tape marks.  Overall, the set looks good and would make a fine addition to any collection.  Please take a close look at the many photos I've provided and judge condition for yourself.  I'm confident you'll be very pleased with this purchase.
