These are beautiful black cherub ring! Exquisite molding of Charming Victorian Cherub! All I did here was use steel reinforced gray epoxy to permanently glue loop removed black cherubs button to new thick large brass adjustable ring. Excellent button condition. . Please zoom pictures. I am very Pleased to be able to offer such a rare lovely! Angels or cherubs represented the Victorian ideal of childlike or womanly innocence. They were very much favored by Victorians.
. This antique cameo itself if made of Vulcanite or Horn. Vulcanite of rubber & sulfur was Developed by Charles Goodyear (1800–1860) . This material can be molded when warm & cool becomes hard.  It is unmarked.
