I hooked this up to a test rig and it seems to function fine and does not appear to leak.  I did leave it connected for a couple of minutes shut and under pressure to make sure there wasn't any obvious issue with the valve seat as well.

Please note:   It is missing the optional plastic shim used when mounting directly to lapped siding (to fill the gap left by the difference in angle).  But, other than that and some minor splotches and dings, it appears to be new.
