Completely disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated; this is a wonderful little bait caster level wind reel made in 1969, it could be fished with as soon as you get it, but it would look great mounted on an older rod for display on a wall; the action runs fast and smooth, mechanical its a 10 with a simple design cosmetics for its age very good
