All I did here is prong set antique cameo in vintage raised basket rhinestone ring. Antique stone has tiny unseen flea bites on edge.
Ring face is 3/4 " tall x 1/2" wide, raised 3/8.
I would be remiss if I didn't remind you that shell cameo rings are not for everyday wear. I have seen on other web sites with shell cameo rings worn to a nub. As shell will wear down.
