This is an Apple genuine, used rear case from a Black 2020 iPhone 12 6.1".

The edges of the casing have some scuffs.  The lower right corner is dented but the glass will still sit flush.  The rear glass is in decent condition but has some scratches.  The flex cable going to the 5G antenna that solders to the back of the logic board looks to possibly be damaged at the connector.  There is old adhesive still remaining in the edges where the glass sits in place.  What you see is what is included.
