The vast majority of custom patch hats are produced quickly by heat pressing the patch onto a hat using adhesive only. This adhesive quickly wears down and over time the patch will start peeling at the corners. Our process of carefully sewing on each patch is difficult, time consuming, and took years of practice to do perfectly.
