Original condition. The base is weighted and heavy. The brass has not been cleaned or polished for a while.
The top of the lamp is slightly adjustable and can be slightly tilted to the either side. Will add the measurements later. Selling due to house move and having too many lamps.
Please note that this item is 50+ years old, it is not as new or perfect. The lamp leans slightly to one side, please see the photos.
