Currently, orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive( not inclu. handling time.) Orders shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam may take 8-10 business days. International delivery times may vary according to your location and please be aware that international customers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges once shipped.

For expedited service, please contact us before placing the order, and the additional fees of expedited shipping will be charged.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. And please ensure your shipping address, if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee will not refundable and the re-submit fee will be charged.

We allow you to return most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. (some discount items and clearance products are not included)

Please ensure that the item you’re returning must be in the original packaging and in unused condition with all the items and parts that were included when you received it. Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

A restocking fee will be applied to all items returned, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.

If the return is caused by our mistake(damaged. defective, wrong items sent), we will provide you the correct items to exchange if the product is in stock or refund you the purchase price at our discretion.
