Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, a refund will be issued for your return and you will be able to purchase the replacement accordingly.
Important Information About Returns from UK & Channel Islands
For returns from within the UK or Channel Islands we provide a fully tracked 2-3 day returns service via Royal Mail at a subsidised price of £3.99. The return postage will be deducted from your refund shortly after we receive your order back with us.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, and the box undamaged. Boxes must be wrapped and must not have labels directly attached or be taped in any way. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in a refund being refused. Complete the returns information on your returns note and ensure you enclose it in the box with your returned items.
Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty (decision made at the discretion of management) or were sent incorrectly. Regretfully, footwear that does not fit is not considered as being faulty or not fit for purpose.
