Ingredients:

Melissa officinalis 46%, chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla) 20%, hops (Humulus lupulus) 12%, peppermint (Mentha piperita) 12%, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 5%, lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) ) 5%.

Method of use:

Place one tea bag in a cup. Pour hot water. Boil for 8-10 minutes. One packet is for one cup of tea.

USAGE:

Do not drink more than 2 cups (2 tea bags) per day. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, dark place. Storage temperature: from 0°C to 20°C.
