Levin , was Sweden finest guitar builder, and was probably inspired by Larson Brothers( guitars) when they both lived in USA at the same time during 1890-1900. Herman Levin then went back to Sweden, to start the Levin company. The Levin brand was later bought 1973 by the Martin Guitars company, which also verifies these guitars good quality. All hand made and solid woods. Sometimes called the "Gibson of Scandinavia".

Herman Carlson Levin mandolin, manufactured in 1927 with serial number 62924...model BG/model 300. New D'Addario strings. The instrument has only minor cosmetic blemishes and no open cracks or structural damage. Despite being almost a century old, it is still in great working condition.

This rare and valuable mandolin has some imperfections in its finish and materials, as to be expected from an instrument of this age. However, it is a hundred-year-old instrument that is both rare and valuable. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of musical history!
