We typically have healthy frags that are ready to be shipped, however if we do not currently have a frag available we will contact you and let you know. If we do need to cut a frag for you, please be aware that we will need to let the frag heal for a minimum of a week before shipment.

Shipping will be Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday only

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or dead (DOA) coral, please send CLEAR pictures within 2 hours of arrival time an unopened bag. For any DOA corals we will issue a full credit for the price of the coral or will offer a replacement coral of the same variety and comparable size. If customer wish to receive only the replacement coral(s), shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

  Any and all issues must be sent within 2 hours of the tracking drop off time. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited due to DOA corals.
