In good used condition, however there are a couple of places on the skirt where the thread is coming out a smidgeon / also marks consistent with the age of the skirt. Have tried to photograph them, but they’re not that noticeable in the scheme of things. I think also at some stage the hem was higher but has since been brought down.

This is a rare kind of vintage skirt that I suspect was handmade. You simply won’t find anything else like it.
