This creates a cross over effect and is attached to two diagonal self styled panels.  The straps cross over at the back. The skirt section is cut on the bias, falls into soft pleats and is slightly longer at the back. There is no zip or closures and the dress is fully lined. There is stretch in the material. Size 14 or US 10. Made in Australia.
