Of all the early guide books on trapping, hunting, fishing, camping out - I believe this one was one of the more popular ones.  A very extensive guide with tons of information.  This one a Revised Edition - 1908 - I believe it is an early edition.  I'm not exactly sure what year the first edition was published - I think it was only a short time before this one.  There is another edition of this book published in 1913 - this 1908 edition is more difficult to find.

This listing is for one original, complete hardcover volume.    Free shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states.

THE COMPLETE AMERICAN AND CANADIAN SPORTSMAN'S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF VALUABLE INSTRUCTION

By Francis H. Buzzacott.  Published by R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co.  Chicago Illinois  1908   520 pages!

Has separate sections:  "The Complete Campers Manual",  "The Complete Fisherman and Anglers Manual",  "The Trapper's Guide",  "The Complete Big Game Hunters Manual".

Book is extensively illustrated throughout - black and white photos and drawings.  Several illustrations of Marbles Arms gear.  One page with Newhouse traps, including the clutch trap and a #15 bear trap.  Many other illustrations showing firearms, fishing gear, tents, watercraft, wildlife and much more.

One odd thing about this book - on the spine is printed VOL I - that info not shown on the title page.  I do not believe there are any other volumes - this book is complete in itself.

Very good condition overall.  There is a name written on the first blank page.  Otherwise no interior markings, staining or foxing.  No torn or bent pages.  No library markings.  Binding sound.  All text and illustrations clean and clear.  Covers and spine have some wear and fading.  See photos please.

Returns accepted with full refund if you are not satisfied. (You would need to pay return shipping.)  Sorry, no sales to Canada or anywhere other than 50 U.S. states.
