Photograph Notes: A Russian Orthodox Church in Ferry Road. An Orthodox congregation worships here as a result of a split from some other members of the Russian Orthodox community in Oxford who voted to move from the jurisdiction of the Patriarchate of Moscow to the Patriarchate of Constantinople in the mid-2000s. As a result of this, a separate parish - St Nicholas the Wonderworker - was established in 2006 and after a number of years of having to rent worship space elsewhere, the community acquired this disused Anglican church in 2010 and renovated it as their church. Marston Road, i.e. the B4150, lies 3-4 minute's walk ahead.
