We use a combination of Australia Post, e-Parcel, Startrack Express, Sendle, Aramex, Couriers please, Toll and Hunter Express to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves the distribution warehouse the time to your door depends on your location.            

DELIVERY

EXPRESS DELIVERY :

If you require your item with express shipping, and/or would prefer to sign for your delivery, please use the express delivery option at checkout.

If No Express option is listed at checkout, then there is no Express option for this item 

REGULAR FREE DELIVERY :

Free regular post option are dispatched from warehouse within 1-2 business days and are.generally received 2-6 business days from date of dispatch. Items can be delivered with "Authority to Leave" at a safe place on the premises unless otherwised advised. WA , QLD Remote and SA Remote customers can experience longer delivery times. (10-12 Business days)  Larger bulky items:   (Over 5kg cbm)  Bulky items need to be delivered to a physical address, and can't be delivered to a PO box, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect. We'll contact you for a physical address.  

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We will always use reputable delivery services. In the event your package has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for the goods unless the courier has noted the delivery as ‘damaged’. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to advise us of any items damaged in transit. We can then arrange a collection of the damaged package. Once the damaged item has been received back, a replacement item will be sent out.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We will always dispatch the item according to our advertised time frames.

If your parcel is delayed in transit we ask that you be patient. It will be due to circumstances out of our control,  eg: adverse weather conditions, flood, lockdown etc. and regular shipping timeframes can be disrupted.  


You can be kept up to date by tracking your delivery wilth the tracking number provided.

WARRANTY 
All product sold have a statutory 12 month warranty from date of purchase
Some special items are bundled with extended warranties. This will be seen in the item description.

FAULTY RETURNS
If you find your product has a fault within the warranty period , please advise us straight away. We will arrange an assessment of you item. If the fault is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item for you.
Unfortunately items found to be faulty due to abuse, mishandling, any sort of unauthorised modification, or misuse will not qualify for warranty repair or replacement.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS  (30 Day Returns)
If you do change your mind or need a different product, we are happy to exchange for a new item, or have you return the original item for a refund.
If you do return goods because you have changed your mind, please be aware that the cost of returning the goods and and any delivery cost of a replacement product will be your responsibility.

If you change you mind before the item is received, and if the action of Return to Sender (RTS) is enacted, we will refund the item price minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price (and any shipping fee). Refund for RTS will be provided after the item is received at our returns warehouse facility.

Please check sizing before ordering , our items containing measurements in the specification / descriptions or images. Opened items returned as 'not fitting', and where measuerments are supplied, will incur a 10% restocking fee, once a return is approved.


If your item has been opened in any way, (ie: shrink wrap removed / packaging opened etc) we also can't offer a full refund. There is a cost to us in inspecting, cleaning and repackaing any opened items,  as well as relisting them in a secondary market . Any opened returns will will be refunded less a restocking fee of 20%
