Item is brand new, but old stock and NOT WORKING.
It will need a new ink cartridge to work as it should. The current one does not seem to write.
The box is in rough shape with some dents, tears or writing on it.
Returns must be made in same condition as received. Original shipping costs to you will NOT be refunded unless seller error.
