This is a bonbon holder from the Victoria Bouquet series by Herend, a purveyor to the Austrian royal family. A series with the scent of Chinese taste (Chinoiserie), with vivid depictions of butterflies and peonies. The name comes from an episode in which Queen Victoria spotted this series and wore it at the 1851 Exhibition held in London.
