Listing my Mortal Kombat Armageddon Premium Edition for PlayStation 2. It's the Johnny Cage/Goro version. The discs have some light scratches and micro-scratches that looks like it's been resurfaced in the past. It does have the manual. Case has a small dent in it, as shown in the pictures. I put it in my PC's disc drive to see if it reads, which it did.  Did not test gameplay on a PS2.  Will ship next business day!
