Vintage Victorian Scuttle bucket with blue and white delft porcelain handle. Excellent condition. Would make a great flower vase or wine bucket. Perfect for fireplace decor. 

It is really stunning. The sides of the handle has brass lions and it has beautiful detailing throughout the piece like the handles and bottom. Solid metal inside and out. The bottom handle is stationary and the top handle moves up and down.
