The 8 packs of bulbs will be either 1 package, with 8 bulbs (pictures # 1 & 2) OR you may receive, 2 packs of bulbs with 4 bulbs per pack. ( pictures # 3 & 4)

They are the exact same bulbs, just originally packaged and sold differently.
