PRE-OWNED / PRE-LOVED / USED

·        A large portion of our items may be preowned. (The listing will always be clearly marked as preowned, used, or pre-loved)

·        We understand how important knowing the condition prior to purchasing, so we created the CONDITIONS RANKING CHART for your ease of understanding how we rate each pre-owned item.

·        Our preowned items may be distressed, altered, or modified. 

·        We do our best to point out everything we notice within the description section of the listing.

·        We provide pictures of the actual item for you to review prior to bidding/buying.  

·        We ask that you VIEW all photographs and READ the descriptions.

·        Always feel free to ask questions via the message center.

·        MOST of our pre-owned/pre-loved/used items tend to be in EXCELLENT or LIKE NEW Condition as we look for the best products available for our resell boutique.

 

CONDITION RANKINGS FOR PRE-OWNED ITEMS:

ü  EXCELLENT – Item is in Like New Condition - Article has Zero Flaws

ü  VERY GOOD – Item has a lot of life left in it, likely also has Zero flaws, but you can clearly tell it is NOT new.

ü  GOOD - Item with lots of life left, may be a little worn, may or may not have minor flaws (any noticed flaw will be described and photographed as mentioned previously)

ü  FAIR - Item that has seen better days but still has life left in it and is worth offering at a LOW price for someone to enjoy.

ü  POOR - Item that likely needs some repairs and/or the article of clothing is stained.  These items are typically listed for a specific purpose (example:  old blankets for animal bedding) or (Example: old jeans to make patches or quilts or whatever else out of).

 

OVERSTOCK and/or RETURN INVENTORY

A variety of our listed products will also consist of overstock and/or return inventory items. We receive these items from various vendors throughout the year. (ex. Amazon, Target, Kohls, etc.)

·        OVERSTOCK: These items are typically available individually and/or in multiples and are also typically BRAND-NEW Unopened Inventory Items. 

·        RETURNS: These items require an inspection, an inventory of parts/pieces and product testing (if & when possible) as we normally have no idea why the item was returned to the original retailor.

·        If an issue with any item is found to exist, it will be notated within the listing description and photos will be provided.  

·        Most of these items will be BRAND NEW in Package or With Tags, some may be missing the tags, some may be missing the package, and some may have damage to the outer packaging.  Notations will be made in all cases where those circumstances are found to be relevant.

·        Overstock/Returned Electronic Items:  Unless it specifically states that it was TESTED & WORKS, we are going to assume the item is in working condition.  However, please keep in mind this means we were unable to confirm whether it did or did not work as we most likely had no way to test it.  If it does not work upon receipt and testing, we will honor the refund but will request the item be returned at the buyer’s expense.

 

IT IS OUR GOAL TO PASS ON AS MUCH SAVINGS / DISCOUNTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS AS WE CAN WITH THESE TYPE OF INVENTORY ITEMS!!!!

 

PHOTOGRAPH / VIDEO POLICY

·        Photos are of actual items; color may be slightly off, but photos are taken under the best possible conditions.  If you need an additional photo, please simply ask for it.

·        Overstock items may include stock photos; however, we will always include an actual photo of the item we have on hand.

·        Videos may be included to show that a product was tested and in working condition and/or how a product performs/works.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

·        We offer NEXT BUSINESS DAY handling on all paid orders except on observed Holidays.  

·        All items are typically shipped USPS and the Buyer is typically provided various options to choose from. 

·        When cost effective to do so, we will also offer UPS services.

·        All International shipping is done through the USPS Global Shipping Program

·        BROKEN items can be dealt with at your local Post Office IF you chose to insure your package (or chose a shipping option that included Insurance)

·        LOST packages are to be dealt with through the USPS, every package will come with a tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY

PRE-OWNED ITEMS:

·        We DO NOT “typically” accept returns on our pre-owned / used items.

·        We DO accept returns if the item WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED within the ad / listing.

·        We DO accept returns if an exception has been made and a return option was advertised within the specific listing.

·        Return items will require shipment back to the Seller by the Buyer at the Buyer’s Expense.

·        Return items must be in the same condition as they were went initially mailed by Seller.

 

OVERSTOCK/RETURN ITEMS:

·        We DO accept returns within 30 days of shipment on all Brand-New Items

·        When available replacement items will be offered BEFORE a refund will be provided.

·        When applicable, a replacement will be provided in lieu of a refund. 

·        Return items will require shipment back to the Seller by the Buyer at the Buyer’s Expense.

·        Return items MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE WHEN initially mailed by Seller. (examples: sealed box - must be returned as a sealed unopened box / CLEAN, UNDAMAGED NWT items, must be returned as a CLEAN UNDAMAGED NWT unworn /unused item, etc.)

·        We may specifically state that a RETURN is not available on specific listings due to the type of item (example: swimwear, undergarments, ETC.).

 

IF you have an issue, upon receipt of an item, please reach out to us PRIOR to reaching out to eBay and let’s see if we can resolve the issue prior to needing to get eBay involved.   

 

Although, we truly enjoy ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases we do feel you have a certain amount of responsibility to READ the ad and REVIEW the pictures and not return something without a valid & legitimate reason.  We do our best to represent the items we list and are not here to do anything but offer items that other people may want / need in hopes to bring smiles to peoples faces when they receive such items and we do appreciate everyone who shops with us and supports our small business!

·        Reach out to us and discuss the issue you have with your item PRIOR to involving eBay, it may be much quicker to reach a resolution without their involvement.

·        Launder all items prior to wearing.

·        We will leave feedback immediately after you pay for your purchased item and would appreciate you leaving feedback upon receipt of your package.
