From a recent find of old negatives comes this one .Size is app. 3 3/4" square". Film negative. Early 1900s.

Opened in 1902, the Mercantile exchange bank (previous name) was one of the 1st commercial buildings created after the great fire. It was situated at the corner of Forsyth and Laura streets. Within 3 years Florida bank trust purchased the bank. The buildings facade was then doubled in size and its marble sheathing was expanded to 6 columns. 12 years later the interior was remodeled with skylight, coffered ceiling and plaster detailing. It is known as the Marble Bank.

These were from a family from the Pittsburgh, Pa area. Many others are from Pa and we have some from their vacations also. They were taken right around the turn of the 20th century.

Condition as above, See photos for further details.
