(We hope this ensures you get the eggs you want and we get to send them as fresh & efficiently as possible)
1. This means the eggs are not currently available and you are booking eggs in advance of this years breeding season.
2. As soon as the first eggs are laid(normally March) and fertility has been checked, we will begin to send eggs out in the order they have been placed.
3. We will send a message shortly after purchase to confirm your order and another with an estimated date for dispatch as far in advance as possible. If this date suits, your eggs will be marked as dispatched and should arrive within 24 hours. If this date doesn't suit, we can arrange a later date.
4. We withhold the right to adjust the price throughout the season to coincide with demand and availability, As a general rule preorders will start low and rise to full price at the start of summer. We will only list a set number and once there gone we cant take anymore orders.
5.Orders can not be cancelled but if for any reason the eggs can not be supplied, you will receive a full refund.

As our main business involves the selling of many different types of hatching eggs, we take it very seriously!

-Our birds are bred to conform to the standards of each breed. They are of high quality and hens/cocks are strictly unrelated.
-All birds are in purebred enclosures unless otherwise stated.
- We guarantee you will hatch the same breed you purchased(we all know how frustrating this is!)
-Eggs are collected freshly, not stock piled for weeks. We run an incubator 24/7, 365 days a year and any eggs not sold within a couple of days are set. This enables us to always provide fresh eggs and also keeps a close eye on fertility rates.
-Eggs are clean, but not washed. You have the option to do this if you wish. (If you are setting eggs from different sellers I do recommend they are washed with antibacterial egg wash)
- Eggs are candled and checked for cracks/abnormalities and stamped with the company logo prior to packing in new polystyrene boxes.
-Eggs are only sent special delivery which is a fully trackable one day service
-We don't make anything on postage and packaging costs. Whatever it costs us, is what it costs you. We always try to combine orders wherever possible, for additional items up to the weight of 10kg you will only pay £1.50 per extra box
We will only ever send eggs we believe are highly fertile and would genuinely incubate ourselves. Although as the eggs are passing through the postal system and we have no control over your own incubation techniques, a lot of things can go wrong. We unfortunately can not guarantee fertility or hatch rates once eggs have left us. We unfortunately can not offer refunds or replacements. We kindly ask for you to leave feedback on the arrival of the eggs rather than how successful the hatch has been.

We have been sending eggs out for years and are confident in our packaging methods. Although, if in the rare occasion you are unfortunate enough to receive a broken egg/eggs, a refund can be processed when a photo is received (showing the egg and shell with our logo within 48 hours of delivery)
