This has never been opened. It has been kept in my vehicle for years. This is dusty and may have scuff marks on outside case. Handle has some discoloration spots. Please review the pictures. This does not come from a pet free home. All attempts have been made to keep separated. We are a non-smoking home. It is up to interpretation though - several have sniffed and said no smoke smell. Although all the tags are marked   different manufacturers sizes vary.
