Customer Service, Warranty & Return Policy

There is a 20% restocking fee for each item returned for a refund. Since this item was shipped for free there is a 20% restocking fee to recover the original shipping cost that was incurred to ship to you.

Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty. After 30 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the products maker for warranty service. To keep our prices as cheap as possible shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and will not be borne by us.

Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused. As you can imagine, we are unable to resell new products that have been opened. Do not open the product box or break the outer seal if you are unsure if the product will meet your specifications. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only.

To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Cheapees will not accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer expense.

International Customers

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, etc. imposed by the buyer's home country. We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier or shipping method as long as the service level is an equal or greater value of service than what was requested. When an international customer refuses to accept delivery of an order that customer is responsible for the taxes and shipping cost to return the order to us and this amount could be deducted from your return refund.

Expiration Date Policy
Our goal is to always ship the freshest products possible with the longest expiration dates. Most of our perishable items arrive from the vendors the same day or week of your order which ensures a fresh product with a long expiration date.

We will NEVER ship a product with less than 60 days before its expiration date or its "Best By" date.

All perishable items will be shipped at least 60 days before the expiration date or the "Best By" date. If the item has more than 60 servings intended for daily use, it will be shipped with at least that many days before expiration. For example: If the item consists of 120 daily supplements, it will be shipped at least 120 days before expiration. If however the item has 30 daily supplements, it will still be shipped by our minimum of 60 days before expiration.

Most items have very long expiration dates that will never be near our minimum 60 day standards.
