very smooth, great sound. if youre going to ride it I would lube it as its decades old. These were made in the early 70s with the 5 speed version, mid 70s with the intro of the Super Record Group, Later in the 1980;s they made the Titall(Ti-Aluminum) in 7 speed with 3 titanium cogs and 4 alloy cogs. We have Titalls new in the store in good gearing.
