This hover board was purchased for our daughter for Christmas. It was her present from Santa. She was so excited to open it. She got it out and we charged it up for a couple hours like it said. Nothing happened. We charged it up again for a couple hours. Nothing happened. Then we charged it overnight and came back to it in the morning. It still would not turn on.

For some reason the battery will not charge. The red light on the charger never turns red which means it is not getting a charge. You can see when it is plugged in the lights come on and it makes noises but as soon as you unplug it it dies. I don’t know if the battery is defective or what but we were pretty upset. Our brand new hover board came to us dead. We are selling it now just to try to recoup some money and hopefully somebody can fix it. I know nothing about these.

This is being sold as is in non-working condition. There are no returns and I will message the winning buyer to make sure they are aware of that.
