This is a most delightful Elgin anniversary / dome clock, made in the USA in the late 20th century. This quartz clock keeps time just fine. It requires TWO AA battery (not included), one for the quartz unit and the other for the faux "suspension balls".

Also of interest is the fact that this clock was sourced at the Sony Prop House in Los Angeles which closed down in September 2023. It has an old Sony label and markings on it, so if you think you may have seen this clock in a film or T.V. show, then you probably have! I have no C.O.A. other then the Sony label which I assume was added so as not to lose the clock on a studio set somewhere.

As well as its practical time-keeping use, just as it is with its "film' background, it makes a wonderful conversation piece. This is the only one I have so don't delay if you want to make it yours!

Size: 6" diameter (at base) x 8 3/4" height.
It weighs 1lb 6oz.

CONDITION, PLEASE READ: Please read the description above. This clock keeps time fine. The suspensions balls movement needed a slight finger tap to get them going after the battery was inserted, then they worked just fine. Aesthetically, as one would expect with a vintage item, it shows signs of wear and use. The  clock's base shows definite signs of wear on its edge (essentially the part of the clock which hasn't been protected by the glass dome) (see pic). Examine all the pictures closely. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of its exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words. The item photos serve as a document as to its condition. You will receive the exact clock pictured here.

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR MAINLAND USA. All my items are well packed, tracked and fully insured. It will arrive to you in the exact condition as pictured.
