I installed
this spotlight in our local church in the mid 1970s (then new). In 2016 our
church was renovated with all LED lights installed and the spotlight was no
longer needed.
This is a 500W
spotlight using a Eye Halogen Lamp JD240/250V500W/M5A. For someone with good
DIY skills, this globe could be replaced with an LED chip module (a sample
shown in the photos).
The lenses in
this unit are shown in detail in the photos.
The unit has
barn doors so that the round spot can be trimmed into a rectangular or square
shape. Unfortunately, one of the barn doors is missing but a new one could be
easily made.
The light is
not working at present as the globe is not functioning (I have tested the globe
with a multimeter). I am not about to spend money on a new globe if no one wants
to buy the light.
Alternatively,
someone may wish to purchase it for the lens to be used in something else, eg a
telescope. The lens sizes are shown in the photos.
