Description

ROSS effector is back in this era!

Welcome to a new era of ROSS pedals. The result of countless hours of research and design, this pedal delivers the story, heritage, and sound of the original ROSS brand, a timeless classic, to guitarists and collectors around the world. Featuring five classic ROSS circuits, this series offers every player the "something" that the original ROSS pedal had. Each pedal is manufactured in the classic ROSS enclosure style at JHS Pedals' facility in Kansas City, Missouri to the exacting quality standards you expect. Improvements over the vintage model include soft-touch bypass, low noise, and a mode switch that allows you to switch between two settings, improving versatility.

The ROSS Distortion is an op-amp hard clipper based on the classic 1970s topology found in pedals like the MXR Distortion Plus, DOD 250, Proco RAT, and BOSS DS-1. This pedal can be used in most situations and is great for creating natural tube-like overdrive distortion, as well as pushing your amp for natural breakup.
