Offered for Sale is this Beautiful Antique Asian Shard (possibly Chinese but can't be sure) that has been converted into a condiment or trinket bowl. The shard was possibly a lid at one time. The shard has a mark on the interior center that I have been unable to identify. The decorative bottom of the shard has what I'd describe as a floral motif. The base, top rim and four supports are Sterling Silver and marked Thailand. I see no additional marks on the shard bowl. This Lovely Sterling Silver and Porcelain Bowl would make a Great Addition to any Vintage / Antique Asian Collection.
Size: - Width at base 3 1/8" - Height 3/4"
Condition: - Fair Overall Used Condition. It's important to understand that the porcelain piece is a shard and by definition damaged. There is visible roughness to a number of surface edges. There is scratching scattered throughout. I have taken numerous photos from various angles. Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
