USPS Postal Service ( 2 to 5 business days).
We reserve the right to decide which one is convenient for the
destination in order to offer you the fastest delivery time.
*Saturday
& Sunday do not count as business shipping days.

We
ship FedEx/ UPS / USPS with tracking number Monday through Friday.
2.
We DO ship
to APO addresses, Guam, Virgin Islands. Customer pays for the
shipping cost. Free shipping only applies to US continental states.

Your
payment must be received by noon (Central Time) to make our
daily 1pm shipping deadline, otherwise, your order will ship the following
business day.
4.
FedEx
/ UPS can not deliver items to PO Boxes. If the item is promised to be shipped
using these options, you will need to provide a physical address.

If
you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us and we will do our best to
respond promptly.

Refunds will gladly be given for returns of defective merchandise. In order to
receive a refund, you must contact us seven days after the item(s) delivery. The
product must be returned unused and/or in the original condition you received
it, with all original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the
items delivery.
c.
The product is subject to final inspection before your return will be
processed. Allow us up to 72 hours to process you refund after the item gets
back to our warehouse.
We
hope you understand that we must adhere to this return policy, in order to keep
our prices low, and to pass the savings on to our customers.
