How I Package & Post:
1) I normally dispatch within 24hrs (during weekdays).
2) Your purchase will be packaged well, protected and cushioned as necessary, re-using & recycling packaging materials where possible, and using tough materials and tapes externally.
3) I always select a good courier or postal service for your package, and for the time of the week. By this, I mean that I prefer not to send a package on a Friday, to avoid parcels being more at risk if left in vans or depots over the weekend. Whichever service I choose to use, it will be FAST, and I will inform you of the method and tracking number.
4) For UK deliveries, I use Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 or 48, or UPS (I think UPS is the most careful carrier), or another reliable 'Next Day’ or ‘2-day' service.
I do NOT use cheap economy '10 day’ services!
If you are buying from outside the UK, please see my notes below regarding 'overseas sales’.
5) Lastly, if there is a delivery or quality issue, I will solve it to your satisfaction or negotiate a partial or full refund with you. If I say I will do something, then I WILL.
Overseas Sales:
If you are an overseas eBayer, please be confident! I usually use eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) for overseas sales, as it is reliable, and it removes the problem for buyers of not knowing what the Customs fees will be.
When you buy with GSP, it makes everything clear BEFORE your payment is made.

Here is a brief description of how GSP works:
Ebay knows which country you are located in, and will automatically calculate and show the GSP fees, including your country’s import duties, on my advert. If it is an auction item, the final fees for the buyer are shown as ESTIMATED fees.
When you Win or Buy an item, you pay eBay the total amount shown. EBay will then tell me to dispatch the item to their Ebay UK Global Shipping Centre in Lichfield, UK. I DO NOT RECEIVE the GSP fee! Ebay will only pay me the cost of the item plus the cost of shipping to their GSP centre in the UK, minus their fees, of course.
Most of the GSP fee is for shipping and to pay your country's import fees. So when your parcel arrives at GSP, the GSP staff prepare the international postage label, and pay the Customs fees (if there are any) direct to your government, and then send the package to you, in a cost effective and very efficient way.
About my private eBay status, and about my prices:
I am registered as a private eBayer because everything I advertise is, and has been, my own personal property, bought for my hobbies and my own enjoyment. I have always used eBay to buy items for my own use and pleasure. I am not a dealer and I have no trade connections, so I cannot give you a trade discount, or offer you multiples of an item. Nor can I offer ‘part-exchanges’.
When I decide to sell an item, I have to accept that there is always a cost to having hobbies, and that many items will have depreciated in value.
My items are priced fairly, many at the same price, or less than, what I paid for them. My prices are therefore often lower than those from other sellers, usually making them the most attractive proposition for buyers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. EBAY RULES & CONDITIONS: All Ebay rules & conditions will be followed.
2. DESCRIPTION: Your purchase is guaranteed to be 'as described’.
The term ‘New’' means that an item has not been used. However, I hardly ever sell ’new’ items, as I am not a trader.
The term ‘Opened - Never Used’ is self-evident.
The term ‘As new’ means that an item may have been opened, and/or may have been used, but it is in such a good condition that it is virtually indistinguishable from a ‘new’ item.
The term ‘Used’ means that an item may have been used at least once, perhaps even just to try itt out, but therefore it cannot be described as ‘new’. This term does, however, cover a huge range of conditions. A used item may still be in a virtually new condition, or it may have very slight wear or damage, etc. It may even have been ‘well used’. It may be old. There may be wear or damage which is not clear in the photographs, but which does not affect the function of an item. A used item may have been serviced or repaired.
Please read the descriptions and look at the photos before you buy. They are the key parts of the advert. The condition of any aspect of a ‘Used' item which is not shown in the photographs or mentioned in the description is NOT part of the contract, and must not be assumed. You are buying what you see, a USED item.
The terms ’Seller refurbished’ or just ‘Refurbished’ means that an item is used, but has been cleaned and checked before being advertised.
The term ‘For Parts or Repair’ means that an item may require repair before use, OR be suitable for breaking up for parts and components.
I will accept back or compensate you, by mutual agreement, for any item which is: i) Significantly not as described, ii) Faulty (unless described as such in the advert). There are no returns on this item if you simply change your mind. (legally called ‘Buyer’s Remorse’).
3. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES: These rarely apply to pre-owned and used items, unless it is stated in the advert.
4. LOSS or DAMAGE during DELIVERY: Your item should arrive well protected and therefore be undamaged. If a package or its contents appears to have been damaged or tampered with, you the Buyer MUST: i) take photos of damaged packaging, and retain it, ii) take photos of the damaged goods or loss, iii) forward the evidence to me, the seller. This evidence is vital if a claim is to be made.
You will be due either a full refund, a partial refund, or a replacement (if possible), by negotiation, according to eBay rules.
5. DELIVERY DELAY: There is no compensation for an unexpected delivery delay which is beyond my control.
6. CUSTOMS DUTIES & FEES: I normally use eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) which takes full responsibility for international shipping and Customs handling, and which automatically pays ALL fees due on the buyer’s behalf. Sometimes, however, if a Buyer requests me NOT to use GSP, I will agree to this. Please be aware that in this event, if you are buying from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to deal with the authorities and to pay any Customs charges and/or duties which may be incurred.
