This is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of aging to the gold coloured barley twist metal frame. No chips or cracks to the porcelain. Stamped Limoges France to the base. This piece is unusual as many of these are various birds in a cage not a cherub like this one. The implied connotation of the Fragonard scene and caged cherub is " secured or captured love". Measures 10cm tall and is 7.8cm diameter to the base.
